Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed on revive-reset.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below, which form part of our Terms & Conditions.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one to two (1–2) business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During periods of high volume, processing may take longer; we will notify you of any significant delay.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories requiring international routing, or freight forwarders. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order with a shipping address we cannot serve.
Rates and Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Qualifying research orders over $200 ship free. Shipments are sent via major carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Product Stability in Transit
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of normal transit times and do not require cold-chain shipping. Upon receipt, store products according to standard laboratory practice for the compound in question. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure appropriate storage after delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it at the purchaser’s expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the purchaser and delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows a package as lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@revive-reset.com and we will open a trace with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier; please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Returns — All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after shipment, and we do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or unused product. Because our products are sensitive research materials whose chain of custody and storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our facility, they cannot be restocked or resold, and no returned product will be accepted.
The sole exception is our error: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right as described below. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this all-sales-final policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order upon arrival. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@revive-reset.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the products and packaging. We will promptly replace the item or issue a credit or refund for it, at our discretion. This is the sole remedy for order issues and the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has shipped.
Research Use Only
All shipments contain materials intended for qualified laboratory research use only. They are not for human or animal use of any kind. Acceptance of delivery constitutes reaffirmation of the purchaser certifications in our Terms & Conditions.
