These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of revive-reset.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from Revive + Reset Health (“Revive + Reset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Revive + Reset are furnished strictly for laboratory research use only. Our products are chemical reference materials intended for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation by qualified professionals. They are NOT intended for and may NOT be used in or on humans or animals of any kind, in any manner, under any circumstances.

Products sold on this Site are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. No product sold on this Site has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use, and no statement on this Site has been evaluated by the FDA.

Any use of these products other than for bona fide laboratory research — including, without limitation, any form of human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, compounding for consumer use, or incorporation into any food, drug, cosmetic, or dietary supplement — is strictly prohibited, constitutes a material breach of these Terms, and is entirely at the purchaser’s own risk.

2. Purchaser Certification

By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

  • You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
  • You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or are otherwise trained and equipped to safely handle research chemicals;
  • All products you purchase will be used exclusively for lawful, in-vitro laboratory research;
  • No product will be used in or administered to humans or animals in any form;
  • You possess the education, training, facilities, and experience necessary to handle, store, and dispose of research materials safely and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements; and
  • You will not resell, relabel, or redistribute products for any prohibited use.

We reserve the right to require evidence of research credentials or institutional affiliation, and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, with or without cause.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this Site is, or should be interpreted as, medical advice, health advice, or a recommendation for any use of any product in humans or animals. Product descriptions, research summaries, and any referenced literature are provided solely for informational and educational purposes within a laboratory research context.

4. Compliance With Law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of our products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and institutional policies in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether any product is permitted in your jurisdiction prior to ordering.

5. Assumption of Risk; Indemnification

Research chemicals may be hazardous if mishandled. You assume all risk and liability arising out of or relating to your purchase, handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of any product purchased from this Site. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revive + Reset Health, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use or misuse of any product, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or regulation.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIVE + RESET HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND BEYOND THE EXPRESS QUALITY DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED WITH EACH BATCH, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

7. Product Information and Quality

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity data, and certificates of analysis are accurate. Such information is provided for research reference only and does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular application. Product appearance, packaging, and labeling may vary between batches.

8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Revive + Reset. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including orders we reasonably believe may involve prohibited use. Prices are subject to change without notice. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback rather than following our return process constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9. All Sales Final; No Returns

All sales are final. Because our products are sensitive research materials whose handling and storage conditions cannot be verified after they leave our facility, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or unused product. Returned shipments will not be accepted or restocked.

The sole exception is our error: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@revive-reset.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will replace the item or issue a credit or refund for it, at our discretion. This is the exclusive remedy for order issues. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy.

10. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and claims procedures are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Revive + Reset Health or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and refuse future orders if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misrepresented your qualifications, or used any product in a prohibited manner.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Revive + Reset Health is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. YOU AND REVIVE + RESET EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

14. Changes to These Terms; Severability

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
